The coaching staff consists of several certified Track & Field Coaches. We offer excellent coaching in all areas except Pole Vault. We emphasize technique. We train hard and have lots of fun. All our coaches enjoy what we do. We start at age 6 and go to age 76. The only qualification we have is for your athlete to show up and be ready to work. If you're not afraid to train around hard working young athletes then you will fit right in.
